If you have any concerns about using Love to Ride, we’d love it if you got in touch with us to see if there’s something we can do to help before deleting your profile. You can email our Support team at support@lovetoride.net or use the chat icon on the bottom right of your screen.
However, if you’d like to delete your profile, you can do so by following the below steps. Keep scrolling to find out how to delete your profile via the Love to Ride app.
Note: If you are the Champion for your workplace, see the FAQ below.
1. Go to your Profile settings by clicking on ‘Settings’ below your profile picture
2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the link where it says 'delete your profile'
Once clicked, all of your personal data will be immediately destroyed. There is no way back after this. If you just want to take a break from Love to Ride, then you can also unsubscribe from emails and then re-subscribe when you're ready to ride again.
How can I delete my profile on the Love to Ride app?
Select ‘My profile’ on the More tab
Click ‘Delete profile’ at the bottom
You will then be asked to type ‘goodbye’ in the text box on the screen.
Once you do this your profile will be deleted and all your personal data will be removed from our database.
Note, we will start destroying your rides and data immediately. Your rider profile cannot be recovered after this.
How can I delete my profile if I’m the Champion of my workplace?
1. Please find a new Champion for your workplace
2. Contact support@lovetoride.net and ask us to delete your Champion profile
