Introduction
Referral is a simple and effective way to attract new customers by encouraging your existing ones to recommend you.
As a reminder, referrers can share a referral link or send a recommendation by email. On mobile, the link can also be shared via SMS.
💡 This module can be added with all Shopify plans.
Activate the Referral Extension
Go to the Communication >Sharing in your Loyoly dashboard.
Click on the redirect button to activate the post-purchase referral widget.
You will be redirected to the Shopify Theme Editor. Click on Customize/Personalize to open the configuration page. In the top-left corner, go to the Apps section and select the Loyoly Thank You module from the list to add it to the order confirmation page. This module is not editable.
The post-purchase referral widget will be displayed to the customer during checkout as follows:
⚠️ Important
The module does not appear in the Shopify editor ,this is normal.
It only shows for a logged in customer after completing an order.
To see it in action, place a test order on your store.
