Before You Begin
After integrating Insider with your Loyoly account, you can start setting up your loyalty emails. Follow this guide to understand how they work and how to customize them to suit your needs.
💡 If you haven’t completed the integration yet, follow our guide to integrate Loyoly with Insider.
Configure Your Flows
In Insider, you’ll find your flows in the "Architect" section. These are email (and other channel) sequences that are triggered by specific events and include one or more steps.
📝 Note: Be sure to manually disable emails in your Loyoly account to prevent your customers from receiving duplicate emails once you have configured your email flows in Insider.

📝 Important: Do not restrict the sending of the following emails: reward redeemed, reward reminder, the three referral emails, and VIP tier emails, as they contain important information for your customers.

Additionally, you will need to configure the CTA link yourself — it can redirect to the loyalty program page on your website.

📝 Note: For this event, no variables are sent to Klaviyo. You will need to create "check conditions" immediately after inserting the trigger.
You will therefore need to create a "check conditions" and an email for each configured tier. Here, the tier is called Sublime.
📝 Note: The tier name must be added manually for each "check condition." The tier name must match exactly your tier name.
For the property, use "Loyoly_Tiers_name."
