Find all e-mails sent to your customers

Introduction

Email communication is a powerful tool for engaging your users and keeping them informed about the latest updates, missions, rewards and referral opportunities.

Here's what you can do:

  • view the various scheduled e-mails

  • preview them in mobile / desktop format

  • activate / deactivate them according to your needs

Emails

Here are the eleven e-mails that are sent automatically :

1. New mission

This e-mail is generated when a new mission is activated and the "Would you like to inform all your users of this new mission? An e-mail to notify them will be sent" is ticked.

2. Points earned

This e-mail is automatically generated when a mission is successfully completed.

3. Reward reminder

This e-mail is generated when a user has earned enough points to obtain a reward.

4. Rewards

When a user redeems points for a reward, an e-mail is sent.

5. Refer a friend

The email containing the referral link is triggered when a customer recommends your brand to a friend. This e-mail is sent directly to the recommended friend (only if he or she has never placed an order).

6. Referral reminder

The referral reminder email is sent 24 hours before the expiry date, directly to the referred friend if he/she has not made a purchase since receiving the referral email.

7. Referral validated

This e-mail stream is activated when a referred friend makes a purchase, and is then sent to the referring customer.

8. Attribution delay

This e-mail is sent when a customer places an order. Points are calculated on the basis of the order amount, excluding tax and shipping costs.

9. Product test: validation

This e-mail is sent when you accept a product test request from a user.

10. Product test: refusal

This e-mail is sent when you refuse a product test request from a user.

11. Tier reached

This e-mail is sent when a user reaches a new VIP tier.


Email preview

In your Loyoly backoffice, go to the Communication - Emails tab.

From this section, you'll find all the emails that are sent automatically. You can preview them by clicking on the desired email in desktop or mobile version.

The e-mails contain simple variables such as your customer's first name, the number of points earned or the name of the mission completed.
