Find all e-mails sent to your customers

Introduction

Email communication is a powerful tool for engaging your users and keeping them informed about the latest updates, missions, rewards and referral opportunities.

Here's what you can do:

  • view the various scheduled e-mails

  • preview them in mobile / desktop format

  • activate / deactivate them according to your needs

Emails

Here are the fourteen e-mails that are sent automatically :

1. New Mission
This email is generated when a new mission is activated and the option "Would you like to notify all your users of this new mission? An email will be sent to warn them" is checked.

2. Points Earned
This email is automatically generated when a mission is successfully completed.

3. Reward Reminder
This email is generated when a user has earned enough points to claim a reward.

4. Rewards
When a user redeems their points for a reward, an email is sent.

5. Unused Reward
When a customer has unused rewards, an email is sent to remind them of the details and how to redeem them.

6. Referral
The referral email containing the referral link is triggered when a customer recommends your brand to a friend. This email is sent directly to the referred friend (only if they have never placed an order).

7. Referral Reminder
The referral reminder email is sent 24 hours before the expiration date, directly to the referred friend if they have not made a purchase since receiving the referral email.

8. Referral Confirmed
This email flow is triggered when the referred friend makes a purchase, and it is then sent to the referring customer.

9. post-purchase

This email is sent when a customer places an order. Points are calculated based on the order amount, with or without taxes and shipping fees.

10. Points Expiration
This email is sent to notify a customer that their loyalty points are about to expire, inviting them to use them before the indicated deadline.

11. Product Test: Approval
This email is sent when you accept a product test request from a user.

12. Product Test: Rejection
This email is sent when you reject a product test request from a user.

13. Tier Reached
This email is sent when a user reaches a new tier in the VIP program.

14. Birthday
This email is sent to wish a customer a happy birthday and offer a special reward with instructions on how to redeem it.


Email preview

In your Loyoly backoffice, go to the Communication - Emails tab.

From this section, you'll find all the emails that are sent automatically. You can preview them by clicking on the desired email in desktop or mobile version.

The e-mails contain simple variables such as your customer's first name, the number of points earned or the name of the mission completed.
