Translate your loyalty page into the language of your choice.

Introduction

Loyoly offers the possibility of adding translations for various languages, improving accessibility and user experience for customers worldwide. These translations can be accessed and configured directly from Loyoly.


Available languages

You can add translations for languages added to Shopify.

These are visible in the Shopify settings:


Add a translation

There are 2 steps to adding a new language:

1. Translate elements : For each element of your loyalty page (missions, rewards, branding), you can add a specific translation in the Branding - Translation tab.

2. Language activation : Once all the translations have been completed, you'll need to activate the languages in the Settings - Profile - Language tab.

📝 Important: If you don't fill in all the translation fields, the default language will be displayed (that of your store).

3. Activation of the app: In the Shopify theme editor, you will need to activate the Loyoly - International application in App embeds.

Translations will then be displayed directly on the loyalty page:
