What is 3DS Payment Verification?

3DS (3D Secure) is an additional layer of security required by some banks and card issuers to verify your identity when making a payment. If prompted simply follow the instructions from your bank which may include entering a one time passcode sent to your phone or email. If your 3DS verification fails we recommend double checking your passcode, ensuring your contact details are up to date with your bank, or trying a different payment method.
