Why was my redemption rejected?

A redemption may be rejected for several reasons including:

  • The payment method information does not match your personal information on file.

  • You did not submit a photo of the card or a bank statement for verification purposes.

You can view the exact reason your redemption was rejected by checking the notifications section in your account. If you believe your redemption was rejected in error please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
