How do I redeem my prizes?

To redeem your prizes click on the Wallet tab in your account and select the Redeem button. If it is your first time redeeming you will be required to enter your SSN (Social Security Number) for verification purposes. Once verified select your preferred redemption method, fill out the required information on the prompt, and submit your request. Our team will review and process your redemption within 2 hours to 1 business day.
