Redemption requests are typically reviewed by our team within 2 hours to 1 business day. Once your redemption has been approved payout times will depend on your chosen payment method. Instant Debit Card payments are sent instantly, ACH Same Day payments are received the same day, and ACH Bank Transfer payments arrive within up to 3 business days.
