Here’s the good news: your money is coming!


This article explains how and when LuggageHero issues partner payouts, what can affect timing, and how your partner level may make you eligible for monthly payouts.


Purpose

To outline payout timing, schedules, and conditions for partners receiving funds from LuggageHero.

  • Audience: Active Partner Locations and Organization Owners


1. Quarterly payout schedule

LuggageHero processes partner payouts on the 7th of each quarter:

  • 7th of January

  • 7th of April

  • 7th of July

  • 7th of October

Each payout includes all completed payments from the previous three months.
After processing, funds typically arrive in your bank account within 5–10 business days.


2. Monthly payouts for higher partner levels

Partners with a higher Hero level may qualify for monthly payouts instead of quarterly ones.


Eligibility depends on:

Partner levels are reviewed periodically. Maintaining a strong performance may make you eligible for faster payouts.


3. Review your payout settings

To receive payouts, make sure you’ve:

  • Added and verified a payout method

  • Confirmed that your bank account is active and matches your payout currency

You can review or update your payout details anytime under:
Dashboard → Your Payout Methods

If you manage multiple listings, your earnings are usually sent as a single combined payout.


You can view individual location earnings under:
Dashboard → Billing


4. Weekend or holiday delays

Banking systems don’t process transactions on weekends or public holidays.
If your payout date falls on a weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.


If your payout still hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, check your bank’s processing timeline or review your payout method in your dashboard.


5. Timing and transfer reviews

All transactions may be reviewed before being sent.
LuggageHero conducts these reviews to:

  • Prevent fraud or suspicious activity

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations

If a review occurs, your payout may be temporarily delayed or paused, and additional verification (such as business or identity confirmation) may be requested.


6. Fees that may apply

While LuggageHero does not charge partners for payouts, some banks or financial institutions may apply a small transfer or currency conversion fee.


These charges depend on your bank’s policies and are outside of LuggageHero’s control.


7. Locations without automatic payouts

If your country is not yet supported by our payout provider (Stripe):

  • Your payments are still recorded and tracked under your profile.

We’re continually expanding automatic payout support to new regions.


8. If you’ve never received a payout

Before reaching out or expecting your first payout, confirm:

  • You have added a payout method to your account.

  • Your payout method has been verified.

  • You’ve had at least one completed booking before the latest payout date.
