The session isn't playing and it tells me to tap on the padlock

That is expected behaviour! ✨

Once you hit play the session should have started (the long press / padlock is to stop you accidentally pausing the session).

Turn your volume up and you should hear the audio, then the light begins approximately 1 - 2 minutes into the experience.
