What you will accomplish

You’ll learn how to "feature" Learning Paths and pick individual "must-watch" episodes to show up on your team’s home screen.


Step-by-step instructions

1. Featuring Important Topics (Learning Paths)

Use this to make sure your team sees priority subjects—like AI or Ethics—as soon as they look for training.

  1. Go to the sidebar on the left. Under Admin Tools, click Content Curation.

  2. Click the Learning Paths tab at the top.

  3. Browse the different categories to find a topic you want your team to focus on.

  4. Click the Pin icon in the top corner of the topic card. This moves it to the "Curated" section at the top of their list.

  5. To remove a featured topic: Find it in the top section and click the Pinned icon to send it back to the regular list.

2. Picking Recommended Episodes

Use this to create a "Staff Picks" style row of individual episodes on your team's main homepage.

  1. In the same Content Curation area, click the Recommended Episodes tab.

  2. To clear old content: Click the Trash Can icon under any video you want to remove from the team's view.

  3. To add new content: Scroll down to the search area or browse the list of episodes.

  4. Click the Plus (+) icon on any episode you want to recommend.

  5. To change the order: Use the small arrows under your picks to move your favorite episodes to the first or second spot in the row.


What happens next

  • For your team: When they log in, they will see a special row on their Discover page titled "Recommended by [Your Company Name]."

  • In the Learning Paths page: Any "Pinned" Paths will sit at the very top page so they don't have to search for them.


Troubleshooting

  • I don't see "Content Curation": You likely have a "Member" account. Ask your account owner to give you "Admin" access so you can manage these settings.

  • The recommendations aren't showing up: Make sure you’ve added at least one episode to the "Your Picks" list. If that list is empty, the recommendation row disappears from the team's view.


Common questions

How many Learning Paths can I pin? While there is no hard limit, we recommend pinning 2–3 paths at a time to keep the "Curated" section focused and impactful.

How often should I update these? Many L&D leaders update these monthly or quarterly to keep the content fresh and aligned with current company goals.

Will my team get a notification when I change recommendations? No, changes happen silently. The UI updates automatically the next time a user refreshes their Discover or Learning Paths page.
