Troubleshooting
My newly added hours aren't showing up in the Total CPD Hours count. Check the date range filter at the top-left of your dashboard. If the date of your added certificate falls outside the currently selected filter range, its hours will not be calculated in the summary widget. Switch the filter to All time to verify placement.
The Submit button is grayed out on the Add External Hours form. Ensure all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are filled out. This includes Course/Seminar Title, CPD Hours, and Date.
Common Questions
Is a certificate file attachment required to log hours? No. The file upload step is completely optional, though it is highly recommended to attach proof in case your governing body selects you for a compliance audit.
Can I edit an external hour entry after submitting it? Yes. Filter your list by External, locate the entry in your table, and click the Edit pencil icon on the right side of that row.
