If you need to sign back into BEAM frequently, such as when the plugin is closed or a project file is re-opened, this is likely caused by an issue with your credentials file.
To reset your credentials file:
Locate and delete your BEAM license file here:
Windows - {USER}\AppData\Roaming\Lunacy Audio\BEAM\credentials.dat
Mac - Users/{USERNAME}/Library/Application Support/Lunacy Audio/BEAM/credentials.dat
Open your DAW and load BEAM as a plugin.
Enter your Lunacy credentials to reactivate.
If you continue to experience issues, you may have an issue with your folder permissions where your credentials file is stored. Please ensure the {USER}\AppData\Roaming\Lunacy Audio\BEAM\ folder is not set to Read-Only by right-clicking the BEAM folder, selecting properties, and ensuring the Read-Only checkbox is not ticked.
