What to Do Immediately

1. Block Your Cards

  • Start by blocking all your cards to prevent further unauthorized use.

2. Contact Customer Support

  • Once your cards are blocked, call our customer support. Together, we will confirm whether an online banking breach has occurred.

  • From there, we will take the following actions:

    • Revoke all logins associated with your account.

    • Suspend your account to secure it further.


What You Need to Do as a Customer

  • Block your MitID to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Report the incident to the police as soon as possible.
