Stop using the card π We cannot close an account as long as there are card reservations on the card.
Check the account balance π Before we can close the business account, you need to ensure that the account balance is 0 SEK.
Contact us via the Lunar app π Start by sending a message to our customer support and let us know that you want to close the business account. We will help you get started with the process.

For Danish customers π©π° you additionally need to:
Move NemKonto and payment agreements: If you have a NemKonto or payment agreements associated with your business account, you must move them to another account or cancel them before we can close your business account.
βConfirm closing of NemKonto (if necessary): If you no longer need your NemKonto because you are closing your business, you need to inform us that we can close the account together with your NemKonto.

Once you have submitted your request to close your business account, it may take up to 14 days before the account is fully closed.
βIf you change your mind and want to continue running the business, it is important that you contact customer support as soon as possible to stop the closing process.
