When you ordered your card in the Lunar app, you chose your own PIN code. If you don't remember what it is, you can easily find it by following these steps in the app:
Click on the account that your card is connected to.
Click on 'cards' and then find the card you wish to see the PIN code on.
Click on Show More.
Click on Show PIN code.
Enter the code you use to log in to the Lunar app, and your PIN will be displayed for 5 seconds.

Can customer service provide me with the PIN code?
For security reasons, we cannot view your PIN code and therefore cannot provide it to you.
Can I change the PIN code for my card?
No, it is not possible to change the PIN code once the card has been ordered. However, you can always find your PIN code inside the Lunar app.
Does my virtual card have a PIN code?
No, there is no PIN code for the virtual card. It is a card that you can use online and via MobilePay and Google/Apple Wallet.
