We recommend that you transfer in the currency that matches the recipient's country's currency. For instance, CHF for transfers to Switzerland, GBP for payments to the United Kingdom, EUR for payments to Spain, France, Germany, etc.

However, if the recipient's bank account is a currency account in another currency, we recommend that you choose the currency matching the account.

It should be noted, that it is not possible to transfer in any currency you wish. The bank has specific currencies it can receive, and these will be listed when you make an international transfer to the bank. If the currency you want to transfer in is not on the list, it is because the receiving bank cannot accept this specific transfer.
