The exchange process differs between the installation method. (Widget or integration)
The point exchange feature is currently under beta release, and is only available in the widget.
In the widget
If the feature is enabled, the widget will display a card for point exchange.
Customers can access a list of the available products by clicking on the card. Customers can add products to their cart in the page, as long as the total point amount required is below the current point balance.
After the exchange products are added, you can checkout through the cart. Once the order is confirmed, the points will be deducted from the balance.
