⚠️ Note: Access to Analytics depends on your permission level.

How to Access Analytics

  1. Click the Analytics button on the far right of your screen.

2. Choose between two views:

  • Company View

  • Profile View

Profile View: Individual Stats

This view shows data for each team member. Use the dropdown menu to filter by profile.

You’ll see:

  • Total consultations per person

  • Total audio duration per person

  • Word counts for both transcriptions and notes

Company View: Team-Wide Stats

This view provides a summary of activity across the team or store.

You’ll see:

  • Total consultations across the team

  • Total word count for all notes and transcriptions

Tip: If you're the only user in your account, both views will display the same data.
