1. Setup the Payout
In order to receive your funds, you need to go to your balance screen on the Luvi app and hit "Bank Details". You will then be directed to set up your Masspay account..
You need a minimum on your balance to set up your first Payout.
2. Cash-out your balance
Once you set up your payout, funds will be automatically wired to you on your set payout date each month (determined by sign up date).
If you signed up on 31st → payout is the 31st when possible, or the 30th in shorter months
If you signed up on Feb 29 → payout is the last day of February
On payout date, the total "Available to pay out to your bank" will be the amount (before fees) for that month. Providing it meets the minimum payout amount it will look as follows:
💡 If your funds "Available to pay out to your bank" are less than the minimum withdrawal amount, your funds will be wired to you on the next payout date your balance reaches the minimum.
3. Receive your funds
You can now process the payout through your Masspay dashboard to the bank account of your choice through one of their available methods.
