🆕 New Account: Your LuxDrop account may be too new to process larger withdrawals instantly.
📊 Low Account Level: Accounts that haven’t reached a minimum activity level might trigger review.
💰 Large Withdrawal Amount: High-value transactions sometimes require a quick manual check for your safety.
If your withdrawal is under review, rest assured that a team member will look into it as soon as possible.
How to withdraw?
➡️ Go to the Withdraw tab.
🪙 Select the crypto you want to withdraw (e.g. Bitcoin).
🏦 Enter your wallet address (make sure it matches the selected network).
✏️ Type the amount you want to withdraw or click Max.
✅ Make sure the amount is within your Withdrawable balance.
🔍 Check the fee and details, then click Confirm Withdraw to submit your request.
📦 What if I Want the Actual Product Instead?
You always have the option to order the product you’ve won instead of withdrawing its value.
