1. Sign in to Google Admin Console

  • Sign in using a Super Admin account (typically ends in @yourinstitution.org)

2. Navigate to API Controls

  • From the Admin Console homepage, go to:
    Security
    Access and Data Control
    API Controls

3. Manage Third-Party App Access

  • Under App Access Control, click Manage Third-Party App Access

  • Look for MagicSchool or magicschool.ai

    • If it’s not listed:
      → Click Configure new app
      → Search for "magicschool-ai"

4. Grant Access

  • Select the MagicSchool app and click Change Access

  • Choose Trusted to allow access to user data

  • Click Continue, then Confirm

5. Save and Inform

  • Click Save to apply changes

  • Let users know they can now sign in to MagicSchool using their Google accounts
