1. Sign in to Google Admin Console
Go to admin.google.com
Sign in using a Super Admin account (typically ends in @yourinstitution.org)
2. Navigate to API Controls
From the Admin Console homepage, go to: ➤ Security ➤ Access and Data Control ➤ API Controls
3. Manage Third-Party App Access
Under App Access Control, click Manage Third-Party App Access
Look for MagicSchool or magicschool.ai
*If it's not listed: → Click Configure new app → Search for "magicschool-ai"
4. Grant Access
Select the MagicSchool app and click Change Access
Choose Trusted to allow access to user data
If using Context-Aware Access: Check "Exempt from having API Access Blocked by Context-Aware Access Levels"
Click Continue, then Confirm
5. Save and Inform
Click Save to apply changes
Let users know they can now sign in to MagicSchool using their Google accounts
