Can I use Magical Fees to charge order total percentage fees if I'm not on Shopify Plus?

You can charge percentage fees on any Shopify plan. On the Starter plan, percentage fees apply to the order subtotal only. On the Growth plan with Shopify Plus, you can set percentage fees for both the order subtotal and the order total.
