If you don’t see the Make an Offer button on your product page, here are a few things to check:
Latest Version (V2+):
Make sure the app embed is enabled in your theme settings:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
Find your active theme and click Customize.
In the theme editor, look for the App embeds icon at the top left corner (it looks like a puzzle piece).
Click App embeds.
Find “Magical Make an Offer” in the list and make sure the toggle is switched on (shows as blue or active).
Click Save at the top right of the theme editor.
If the toggle is off, the Make an Offer button and features will not appear on your store. Once you’ve turned it on and saved, your button should display as expected.
Also, review the rule settings to confirm the button is active on the products or collections you want.
Legacy Version (V1):
Double-check that the button is enabled in the app settings:
Go to the Make an Offer admin section and click Setup.
Select the Incentive Configuration tab.
Under “Step 1 – Product page options,” turn on the Button (Mobile and Desktop) toggle.
Scroll down and click Save.
For both versions, the app works with most Shopify themes and apps, but sometimes a theme or another app can cause conflicts that hide the button. If you’ve checked your settings and still can’t see the button, please reach out to our support team for help.
