To notify your customers when you are back from vacation, you can email everyone who was tagged during your store’s vacation period. Here’s how to do it:
From your Shopify admin, go to Customers.
In the customer editor, click the Filter link.
Select Customer tags.
Choose Contains this exact tag.
Enter vacation-mode as the tag.
Click Run query or ▹ Run.
Click Save and then enter "Vacation mode" as the name for the segment.
Click Save.
Now, to email this segment:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Click Email.
Click Open app.
Click Create campaign.
Select an email template.
Click To, then select the "Vacation mode" customer segment.
Enter a subject line for your email.
After setting up the email details, customize the body of your message to let your customers know you’re back.
From the email editor, click Review.
Click Schedule send, and then proceed to send now or schedule a send time.
This process lets you easily reach out to all customers who visited during vacation mode and invite them to return.
