When the app is syncing for the first time it can sometimes stop syncing. It needs to be restarted. If you run into this issue, send us a quick message and we will restart the sync for you. After the restart, the app should finish syncing and stay up to date on its own.
Not all my products are synced and the app seems to be stuck with SEO Doctor.
