The order tags Address Ninja adds

Address Ninja

Written by Jeff Chew

Address verification tags orders that were flagged, fixed or kept, so you can filter your order list and act before you ship.

When address verification flags an order, Address Ninja tags it. The tag changes with what the customer does.

Tag

When

address-ninja-review

The address needs review, or a suggestion is waiting for the customer's choice.

address-ninja-fixed

The customer chose Use suggested address and the order's shipping address was updated. Replaces address-ninja-review.

address-ninja-kept

The customer chose Keep the address I entered. Replaces address-ninja-review.

An order whose address was valid gets no tag.

Using the tags

Filter your Orders page by tag address-ninja-review before you ship, and check those addresses or contact the customer. The Address verification page in the app lists the same orders with the result and the address the customer entered.

The tags are plain order tags: you can remove them, and your own workflows can read them. For an alert when an order is flagged, see Get a Flow alert when an address is flagged.
