timeOS Team Workspace is now available for those on a business plan.

The Team Workspace is where your team get smarter together using timeOS AI. It provides a centralized hub for managing your team’s conversations, sharing notes, and staying up to date.

What is the Team Workspace?

The Team Workspace is a shared environment where all the key elements of your team’s workflow are stored. Here, you can:

  1. Access Shared Conversations

  2. Share AI Notes with Teammates

  3. Customize Permissions

How to Use the Team Workspace

  • Access Shared Conversations
    ​
    In your timeOS account, simply navigate to the Shared Folder from the homepage. It’s your one-stop location for everything team-related.
    ​
    ⚡To get started, click on the Notes Tray icon from the homepage or hit "[" → Go to "Shared" tab.


    💡 Tip: Use the activity feed to see the recent AI notes that your team shared with you.

  • Share AI Notes with Teammates
    You can efficiently share AI notes, rapidly unblock important conversations with customers and prospects, and include your team wherever they are!
    ​
    Instantly share meeting insights with others directly or through timeOS or a shared link. With just a one click, effortlessly eliminate the need to copy & paste, or switch to another app.

    ⚡ To get started, select a conversation you'd like to share, then click the Share with your team to begin sharing it with your team workspace.

  • Customize Permissions
    You can set permissions for each meeting or note to control who can view or edit the content. This helps maintain a smooth workflow and reduces unnecessary clutter.

    ⚡ To get started, open a meeting or conversation → Click "Share" and search or select the teammates you'd like to share your AI notes with.
