Send the bot to a meeting
Open Timeless on your phone.
Tap Add bot (the option to record a video call).
Paste the meeting link
Choose to create a new meeting or pick an upcoming meeting from your calendar. The bot joins the call and starts recording.
While the bot is in the call
Once the bot joins, you're free. Step away, join late, or skip the call entirely. The bot captures the full conversation, and the meeting shows up in your timeline with a transcript, summary, and action items when it's done, ready whenever you are.
A few things help the bot join smoothly: make sure the link doesn't require a password or manual registration, and if the host has a waiting room, admit the bot when it knocks. It waits up to 10 minutes to be let in.

The bot works with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
It captures spoken audio. In-meeting text chat isn't recorded.
You'll find the finished meeting in the same timeline as everything else.
