One of the timeOS members told us that when he shares the template or his personal link, he doesn't want the participants to be able to choose a slot from his calendar.

The solution is simple; just toggle off the 'Dynamic Availability'.

The 'Dynamic Availability' was created to reduce the ping-pong of scheduling meetings, but we understand that sometimes you want to give several options, and that's it.

In this case, you can toggle it off in a few simple steps:

  1. Go to the new tab page.

  2. Click on 'Share times'

  3. Click on 'Share specific slots'.

  4. On 'Propose times' toggle off the 'Dynamic Availability'.

It is essential to say that the toggle will be off for this specific link, and when you want to return it for other meeting links, turn it on again.

What availability shows my guests when my 'Dynamic Availability' is on?

When you click on “Share specific slots” and turn on "Dynamic Availability", we will use your Default Template's parameters such as time limits, availability, and calendar conflicts. (the first listed template in the 'Share Times' menu.
