You can share your meeting notes with others in a few ways:
Automate your Gmail integration:

Public Space:
Now you can share a link to your meeting space on timeOS with the summary, transcript, and recording. They will also be able to ask the AI chat questions about the meeting (supporting English transcripts only). Note that they won't see your private notes.
Anyone with the link will have access to this space.
Go to the meeting space.
Click Share.
Go to Guests tab.
Toggle on the 'Guests with a link can access' button.
You can choose what you want to share, only the AI notes, or also the AI chat, and the recording with the transcription.
Choose the participants you'd like to send it to or add/remove. When adding emails, please note to click enter in order for it to save the participant.
You can also copy the link and send it in a separate email.
Send via email:
Go to the meeting space.
Ensure to edit the summary as you wish.
Click on the email button.
Choose the participants you'd like to send it to or add/remove. When adding emails, please note to click enter in order for it to save the participant.
Click on send email.
The email provider will open according to your computer's setting.
It will open your default email client; now, you can edit the notes and recipients' list.
