'I Have a Sync Issue'

I can't see my events on Timeless

If you're experiencing issues viewing your events properly on timeOS, let's start by trying a few fixes:

Ensure you have the latest version of Timeless

  1. Go to 'Extensions'.

  2. Click on the three dots next to the Timeless extension.

  3. Click 'Manage extension.

  4. See if you have an 'upgrade' button available.
    If not, you have the latest version. If you do, press on it.

  5. Check if the issue is solved.


Log out and log back in

  1. Go to the new tab page.

  2. Click 'Preferences' and then 'Log out'.

  3. Reconnect with your Google account to log back into Timeless.

  4. Check if the issue persists.


Sync button

  1. Access our web app using this link: https://my.timeless.day/

  2. Locate the calendar view on the right side of the screen and click on the "sync button" (refer to the attached image for reference).

  3. Wait for the sync process to complete (you should receive a completion message).

  4. Refresh the page and check if the events are now up-to-date and syncing correctly.
