Happy you asked; here are a few simple steps to schedule it easily.

First, you will notice that all the meeting details will be on the left side:

  • Meeting's subject

  • The duration

  • Agenda, if the host added

  • VC / location

  • Your time zone

There might be a few scenarios [depending on the host's preferences]:

  1. You can change the duration of the meeting [if the host toggle this option on, you will see it on the next screen]

  2. You have time slots to pick from on the left sidebar. You can navigate with the mouse or with your up and down arrows.

  3. You have the option to pick a time slot yourself by clicking on your chosen one.

  4. In some cases, you'll have recommendations of what will be optional for the host/ We recommend taking that into account 😉

  • You can also see the slots on your calendar by logging in to your Google account.

  • Once you pick or mark a time slot, you will be asked to add your name and email, press enter, or click 'Request,' and that's it.

  • If the meeting is in 'Pending status' on your calendar, the host still needs to approve the slot.

  • If the host added notes, you'd see them on the last screen.
If you are a timeOS member, you can access the notes via timeOS.
If you aren't a timeOS member, you can re-access the notes by entering the scheduling link.
