The AI Notetaker is programmed to join meetings that have been RSVP'd as 'Maybe' or 'Yes'.

If it joins a meeting that was RSVP'd as 'Declined', it indicates a bug.

Please ensure that your calendar is properly synced with timeOS by clicking on the 'sync' button in the calendar view.

If syncing doesn't resolve the issue, please provide us with the name of the meeting so we can investigate and resolve the issue. You can contact us at hey@magical.team. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 🙏
