The AI Notetaker will join the meeting approximately 1 minute after the scheduled start time. If the meeting starts earlier, the bot will not join in advance and will not be part of the summary.

Once the meeting is over (which may not necessarily be at the scheduled end time and could be earlier or later), the bot will stop either when the meeting is officially closed or a few seconds after all participants have left the VC room.
