You can automate the AI Notetaker via the 'Preferences' menu.
If you want the AI Notetaker to join only meetings where you are the host:
Go to a new tab.
Click on the 'Preferences' button.
Click on 'Virtual Meetings'.
Select 'Join only meetings I host'.
You can always come back to this setting and change your preferences.
