If your AI bot wasn't admitted out of the waiting room by your meeting host, or if it was simply removed from the call, here's a quick step-by-step guide to add your AI bot back to the meeting to ensure you get meeting notes!
Fastest Option:
Go to the new tab screen.
Click on 'Add bot' or press
cmd/Ctrl+Shift+K.Paste the VC link and click 'Create new meeting' or press '
enter'.
Please note that you will find the summary, recording, and transcript in the new meeting that the bot created.
Another Option
Go to the meeting area.
Click on "Re-add AI Notetaker now".
By following these steps, the bot should successfully rejoin the video conference link.
