Important to remember:
Set the meeting language in Google Meet.
Invisible AI relies on you to know what the language of the meeting is so that it can transcribe and summarize it. If the meeting language isn't set correctly, you will not be able to correct this retroactively.
Invisible AI transcribes & summarizes, but does not record your meeting.
If your AI attendee AND Invisible AI are on the same meeting, Invisible AI will create a new meeting on your calendar (with a title based on your meeting notes) where you can find your Invisible AI notes.
How to get started:
Install our Chrome extension.
Note that if your AI attendee is in the meeting (or scheduled to join soon) Invisible AI will create a new meeting on your calendar where you can find your Invisible AI notes. Invisible AI will give this new event a title based on the meeting summary, so you might not recognize it right away. That means you can easily compare the notes taken by your AI bot with your Invisible AI notes :)
Make sure to prevent your AI attendee from joining / being scheduled to join your meeting if you don't want a new event to be created.
Join any Google Meet call. If you're running your meeting in any other language than English, be sure to let Invisible AI know what language you'll be using before starting to summarize your first meeting.
Simply click on the language next to the "Summarize" button, select the language used in your meeting, and you're good to go!
Finally, click on "Summarize" when you're ready for the AI to start transcribing and summarizing your meeting. Note that Invisible AI won't provide a meeting recording, just the meeting transcript & summary. A small price to pay for 100% discreetly summarized meetings :)
If you want to pause the Invisible AI to temporarily go off the record, just click on the "Summarize" button once more. Don't forget to back on the record once you're ready for Invisible AI to keep transcribing & summarizing your meeting!
