What is timeOS "Send to WhatsApp" feature?
Using our "Send to WhatsApp" feature, you can now record voice memo's or upload any audio file directly to timeOS (maximum 16mb), and experience the magic of AI-powered summaries sent directly to your phone. We'll even update your calendar so all your time is tracked
Use this feature to capture physical meetings via voice memo's, summarize phone calls by uploading their audio recording, or even just voice your thoughts and use timeOS to transform them into insights & action items.
Note that WhatsApp automatically compresses voice memo's recorded directly through WhatsApp so that you can record for at least 2 hours before reaching the 16mb limit.
However, if you're uploading audio files recorded elsewhere and the file size exceeds 16mb, you can try using compressor tools like this one (for iOS) or this one (online tool). These tools will provide you with a smaller version of your audio file which you can then send to our WhatsApp bot.
How do I get started?
Verify your phone number on timeOS, just click on this link and input your phone number. Be sure to include the country and area code, for example an Israeli phone number would be +972 123456789.
Once you input your phone number, click on "Send code to WhatsApp".
Our WhatsApp bot will send you a verification code, which you can copy with a single click using the "Copy code" button.
Finally, click on "Verify" to finish verifying your phone number on timeOS.
Now that your phone number has been verified, your WhatsApp bot will send you a welcome message recapping how to use it.
Be sure to save the bot as a new contact for easy access (or download the contact directly using this link), and don't forget to pin our WhatsApp bot to the top of your contact list so you can find it quickly when you need it :)
You are now able to send voice memo's or upload any audio files directly to timeOS via your WhatsApp bot! Note cannot be larger than 16mb.
You'll receive a confirmation message for every uploaded audio file, followed by a short summary with a link to the full meeting space with the full summary on timeOS. Note that meeting spaces are fully supported on mobile devices, so this entire flow works 100% from your phone!
