Where can I find my meeting notes, transcript, and recording?

You can find all meeting notes made by your AI using our Rooms list.

You can search for meeting or participant names, key words that appear in the notes, etc in order to find exactly the meeting notes you're look for. Click on the Room to access it, where you can also find the meeting's transcript & recording, as well as any private notes you wrote for yourself.

Alternatively, you can use the timeOS calendar to find the event, and click on it to view the meeting notes, transcript & recording, as well as private notes.

Please note that for meetings captured using Invisible AI on Google Meet, or for recordings uploaded directly to timeOS, your AI will create a new event where the invisible AI / uploaded recording notes can be found. Since your AI created these events for you (and gave it a title based on the meeting notes), you may not recognize the name or the event itself :)

Once you've opened your Room, you can access your meeting transcript & recording by simply clicking it in the Recordings tab, under the Context menu on the right.

In this tab, you can search within the transcription for keywords, copy text for your summary, and even download the transcription. Additionally, you can view the recording itself. Also, you can change here the spoken language if it is wrong.
