'How can I stop the bot from joining my meetings?'

To stop the bot from joining a meeting, you can change your AI bot appearance in the 'Preferences' section.

Go to a new tab.
Click on the 'Preferences' button.
Click on 'AI Attendee'.
Select 'I'll add it manually.'

You can always come back to this setting and change your preferences.
