When setting up your Notion integration using timeOS pre-existing Notion Template, you can "Use a template provided by the developer" which will automatically import our template (#1 in the screenshot below).

Alternatively you could opt to select the Notion Template yourself, provided it already exists on your Notion account (#2 in the screenshot below). In that case, you should manually import the Notion template and then grant access from the list that opens when clicking on option #2.

If you're running into an error syncing meeting notes to your Notion Template that reads "Couldn't fetch Magical's timeOS Notion Template", here's how you can fix it:

  1. Open your Notion account and select "Settings & members"

  2. Select "My connections"

  3. Click on the three dots near "Magical"

  4. Select "Access selected pages", and search for "Magical's timeOS".
As shown in the screenshot below, it should say "Already added" but if it doesn't, be sure to click on it and share access. This should address the issue!

If you can't find the template in your workspace, it may mean the template wasn't imported to your Notion account correctly, or it was deleted. You can click here to import the Notion template once again if it's missing, and proceed with the steps we outlined above.

Let us know how it goes, and be sure to reach out to hey@magical.team if you need any further support!
