Many teachers teach the same classes and therefore need to be able to assign assingments to the same pupils, as well as view what they’ve previously worked on. In these cases, the Share Class function is very useful. It can also be helpful when a substitute teacher is covering, or if after-school staff want to assign assignments to pupils.
Here is how to do it:
Select a class using the class filter in the top left corner and go to the Pupils tab.
Go to Settings and click on Share Class.
When you click on it, a list of all teachers at your school will appear.
Select the teacher or teachers you want to share your class with, then click Share.
You can also share a class by going to the Classes tab, clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the class, and selecting Share with Teacher.
Choose the colleague you want to share with and click Share!
Your colleague now has the same access rights as you for this class!
