How do I exclude IP addresses from Tracking?

Exclude specific IP addresses from Email Tracking and Link Tracking. Opens and clicks from excluded IP addresses won't be recorded in your tracking results.

🔔 Note: It is not possible to blacklist IP addresses of recipients using Gmail or Apple's Mail Privacy Protection, as Mailbutler does not have access to those IP addresses when an email is opened.

Step 1: Open Mailbutler

Open the Mailbutler Sidebar:

👉 Apple Mail

👉 Gmail

👉 Outlook

Step 2: Open settings

Go to Account & Preferences → General → Tracking.

Step 3: Add an IP address

Add the IP address you want to exclude from tracking.
