You can let several teammates use the same Maildoso account — it can be used from multiple devices at the same time. There are a couple of ways to share access.
Option 1: Set a password and share it
On the login screen, enter your account email and use the password reset option to set a password.
Once a password is set, your team can sign in with the account email and that password. (More on sign-in methods: Google sign-in vs. password login.)
Option 2: Share the one-time login code
If your account uses a login code rather than a password, you can pass the verification code to a colleague when they're signing in.
Option 3: Use a shared mailbox as the login
Many teams register the account under a shared address such as sales@, info@, or marketing@, so several people can receive the login details and codes. If you'd like to move your account to a shared email, see Changing your account login email.
