Need to change the email address you use to log in, or log in with an older username instead of an email?
If you still have access to the current address
Contact support from the address currently on your account and tell us the new login email you'd like. We'll update it for you and confirm once it's done.
If you've lost access to the current address
This is common when the colleague who set the account up has left, or the purchase was made from a different address. Because changing the login email hands over full access to the account — domains, mailboxes and billing — we need to confirm ownership before we can make the change. Please send us both of the following:
the last 4 digits of the card on file for the account, and
the email address the payment was made from.
We'll check these against our billing records and make the change once they match. We can't complete the change before we've received both — this protects you as much as it does us.
If the account is moving to a different company or a different owner rather than simply changing address, let us know — that's handled as an ownership transfer and needs an extra review step.
Legacy username logins
If your account was created early on and you sign in with a username rather than an email, that's expected for legacy accounts — reach out and we'll help you sign in or move you to email-based login.
If you simply can't log in, see My login is not working.
