Transferring your domains out of Maildoso

How a domain transfer-out (push) works, what it costs, and the effect on mailboxes/slots.

If you'd like to move domains you registered through Maildoso to your own account, we can transfer them out. To avoid disrupting your live setup, transfers are arranged toward the end of your current subscription term.

How it works:

  • You'll need a Dynadot account with complete contact details — we push the domains to it.

  • Send support the list of domains and your Dynadot account / push username.

  • Mailboxes on a transferred domain stop working once it leaves Maildoso, so only transfer domains you no longer want us to host.

  • If you later re-use a transferred domain inside Maildoso, you'll point it to our 2 nameservers again.

Keeping your plan slot vs. downgrading — let us know which you want before we transfer:

  • Keep the slot: a $12 per domain fee applies (we'll send a payment link). You keep that capacity and can register a new domain in its place later.

  • Don't need the slot: we'll reduce your plan's domain allowance by that amount (a downgrade), and no transfer fee applies.
