Please be aware that we levy a one-time $15 per domain fee when replacing domains. This amount goes toward registering the new domain once the old one(s) is deleted. Additionally, the $15 fee does not include any charges for mailbox recreation.

Maildoso takes care of domain renewals automatically as long as your subscription remains active. This means you do not need to pay separately or take any additional action with third-party registrars like Dynadot. Once your subscription is active, Maildoso ensures that your domains are renewed seamlessly, saving you time and effort.

Not every extension can be registered through Maildoso. Availability depends on the registry's own rules and can change. If an extension doesn't appear in domain search, it can't be registered here — you can either choose a different extension, or register the domain yourself and connect it as an external domain. .de is currently in this category — see Can I register .de domains through Maildoso? If you've already bought domain slots and then found the extension you wanted is unavailable, contact support — the slots can be used for another extension.

Customers can opt for voluntary domain swaps at a nominal fee. Note that replacement rules differ for externally registered domains (BYO domains), as the customer owns the registration.

If your subscription is canceled, domain renewals will no longer be managed by Maildoso, and you may need to handle them manually with your domain registrar.

If you are here because a checker flagged your domains on SURBL or Spamhaus DBL, you do not need to replace them at all. Neither listing affects your deliverability to business mailboxes (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365): properly warmed domains inbox normally whether listed or not, and we have verified this with repeated tests. Spamhaus listings in particular are driven by how domains are named and used (batches of lookalike or branded domains bought together, warmup networks, cold-sending patterns), not by anything in Maildoso's infrastructure. A SURBL or Spamhaus DBL listing therefore never qualifies for a free replacement, free mailboxes, a credit or a refund. A domain registered through Maildoso is replaced free of charge only when the problem is on our side or outside anyone's control: when a domain is suspended by the registry, when it expired because of a renewal issue on our side, or when our system accepted a domain name it can't create mailboxes on (for example names containing a double dash "--" — please avoid those). This is the only exception to the standard $15 replacement fee. Before replacing a domain, all mailboxes associated with that domain must be deleted. Once the domain is replaced, the SMTP mailbox slots previously used by the deleted domain become available. Users can then create new mailboxes on the replacement domain, utilizing the available slots without incurring additional fees for mailbox recreation.
