Customers can opt for voluntary domain swaps at a nominal fee. Note that replacement rules differ for externally registered domains (BYO domains), as the customer owns the registration.

If a domain registered through Maildoso is blacklisted through no fault of the customer, it may qualify for replacement under Maildoso's replacement policy. This provides an exception to the standard $12 replacement fee policy, ensuring fairness in cases of uncontrollable blacklisting.
Note: replacing a domain ($12) is different from transferring a domain out to your own registrar — see Transferring your domains out of Maildoso.
