My accounts got disconnected from Smartlead

Why Smartlead can disconnect inboxes and how to reconnect them.

Smartlead is sensitive to brief server-availability blips, and a single failed connection can disconnect your inboxes.

If your accounts show as disconnected in Smartlead, click Reconnect on the affected mailboxes — this resolves it in most cases.

If they won't reconnect, let support know which mailboxes are affected and we'll help.
